Please read our salon policies carefully before booking
Privacy
Privacy policy is subject to standard Australian security and privacy regulations.
All details are kept safe and confidential via a professional booking system.
During your appointment, you agree that before and after photos may be taken and used for social media and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to have your photos used, please inform us during your visit.
Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking and card details may be stored in your account (see Privacy Policy for more information).
The remaining balance is to be finalised at the end of your appointment via Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (AMEX, MasterCard & Visa).
Running Late
We work on a strict schedule to ensure all clients receive the full quality of service.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
If there is not enough time to complete your service, the full appointment fee may still apply.
Please arrive on time so I can give you the best possible result without rushing your treatment.
Online Booking
All appointments must be made through the online booking system.

Availability is always updated for your convenience.

If you cannot find a suitable time, please check again later or request to be added to the waitlist.
Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A credit card is required to secure all bookings, and cancellation fees may be charged if required.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Changes to a lower value service may still be charged at the original booking price.
Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred with at least 24 hours notice.
Contacting to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Elisa Mantovani Studio directly via text message or email.
Replying to automated reminders or contacting via social media does not guarantee cancellation.
Your appointment will remain active until confirmed as cancelled.
Silent Appointment
At Elisa Mantovani Studio, I understand the importance of mental wellbeing.
If you prefer a quiet appointment, you are welcome to relax without conversation.
Just select this option in your consultation form and enjoy a calm, relaxing experience.
Deposit
Deposits are required to secure your appointment and are non-refundable.
Deposits will be forfeited if less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits may be used as credit toward your treatment.
Student Discount
A student discount of 5% is available upon request with a valid student ID presented at your appointment.
Once verified, your student ID will be securely stored for future visits.
This discount is not applied automatically and must be requested at the time of payment.
Not valid with promotions, bundles, or discounted services.
Promotion
Promotions of products or prices cannot be combined or stacked.

Each promotion must be used individually according to its individual terms and conditions.
