Please read our salon policies carefully before booking

Privacy

Privacy policy is subjected to standard Australian security and privacy policy. All details are kept safe and confidential via a professional booking system. 

During your appointment you agree that before and after photos may be taken and used for social media and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to have your photos used, please inform the staff during your visit.

Payment

Depopsit is to be made via the booking link and card information will be stored to your account (See Privacy Policy for further information). Payment is then to be finalised at the completion of your appointment via Cash, EFTPOS, or Credit Card (AMEX, MasterCard & Visa).

Running Late

We work on a strict schedule and strive to stay on time so that we don't keep you waiting. For this reason, if you are more than 10 mins late, your appointment may be cancelled or cut short.

Due to the above, if there is not enough time to complete your service, the same cancelation fee will apply and I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

Please know I never want to rush my work, or keep my next client waiting, so please arrive on time so that I can give you the best service possible.

If you are running early, I politely ask that you please take a seat in the waiting area and wait until your appointment time.

I leave gaps between clients to give myself enough time to properly sanitise the treatment area.

On the odd chance that I am running early, I will send you a text.

Online Booking

For all appointments, please use my online booking system. All of my availability is always online for your convenience.

 

If you can't find an appointment that suits you, please keep checking back, or text me and I will put you on my waitlist so I can keep an eye out for last minute appointments for you. 

Cancellations

I understand that sometimes unexpected things can arise and appointments need to be cancelled/rescheduled. If you do need to cancel, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice so that I can give someone else the appointment.

 

A credit card is required to hold your appointment and cancellation fees will be charged to this card if necessary.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Cancellations made within 12 hours (or no-showing) will result in a fee equal to 100% of your reserved booking.

Cancellations require 24 hours notice minimum to transfer deposit. Less than 24 hours requires a new deposit to be paid for changes.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will results in the full price of the appointment being charged and forfeiting your appointment time. ​​​

We appreciate that unanticipated situations can arise that may require an appointment to be rescheduled, however, please understand that rescheduling with short notice or cancelling has a detrimental effect on our small business. We have set aside the appropriate amount of time for your service to be completed to a standard that you deserve, and may have turned down other clients so that we can dedicate sufficient time to you. This policy allows us to run on time and respect your time and that of our therapists and other clients.

Contacting to Cancel

If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment please contact Elisa Mantovani Studio via email or direct text message. Replying to your appointment auto-mates text message or via social media with no response is not an adequate way of cancelling and until your appointment is confirmed as cancelled, it will still remain in the booking system.

Silent Appointment

Here at Elisa Mantovani Studio I understand the importance of mental health, sometimes life can be a bit stressful and you may not feel up to a conversation and that's completely fine.

If you are finding that you're stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or tired/drained just select this option in the consultation form and there will be absolutely no obligation to hold a conversation- just sit back, let go, and relax.

I will create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind and de-stress.

Deposit

Deposits for appointment bookings are non-refundable.

Deposits will be void if you have given less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a beauty appointment.


Deposits can be used for future bookings, or as credit for products or services.

Student Discount

To receive a student discount, students are required to present a valid student ID card. For your convenience, once the student ID is verified, it will be securely stored in our system, so you won’t need to bring it each time you visit.

Please note that failure to present a valid student ID will result in the discount not being applied. The student discount offers 5% off on any services (unless otherwise specified by the studio). 

This discount does not apply to bundles, products, and services with promotional pricing,

unless otherwise specified by the studio.

Promotion

Promotions of products or prices cannot be combined or stacked,

and each promotion must be used separately according to its individual terms and conditions.
